This house was amazing!

We stayed for a short weekend trip and the house was absolutely amazing! Everything was clean and organized. The hosts even left flowers, chocolate, and a gift card for ice cream. The house book made it simple to know how everything in the house works. The view from the hot tub was spectacular. The only downside was the restaurant that was recommended in the book (Must Be Nice) was closed even though their website said open. Hoping to get to try it the next time we stay here. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had the most lovely, relaxing weekend at the cottage! The view is amazing and the cottage is super cozy. Leslie and Gordon are very kind, welcoming hosts. This is a pet friendly gem in an amazing location!

What a cute little bungalow. A one room wonder. Milk House was easy to get to and had a couple walks to ocean views. Right on the main road but very quiet. We were prepared for the limited kitchen & were able to make 3 fabulous dinners. Get ready to unwind & unplug.

As a native who has lived away a long time and rented many places in the area over the years, I can confidently say that this place is the best we’ve ever rented in Maine. And Sheri is wonderful to work with. We so hope to one day be able to visit and rent it again.

This little cottage by the ocean was absolutely beautiful! During low tide we enjoyed many walks by the water! such a quiet peaceful little area. Ann was quick to respond and so caring during our stay! while we were in Belfast my vehicle broke down, and we were able to stay an extra night while we waited for the garage to fix my car. Ann was understanding of the situation! We visited the area in the off season and the weather was gorgeous

Another Great stay at the Freeport Escape. Marlene and Kevin are some of the top hosts we have worked with. Always responsive and so accommodating. We got snowed in this trip and it was a great time to enjoy family time, the coziness of the house and everything it had to offer. Thank you for another great trip and we cannot wait to come back!

Quiet and serene. We visited with 3 kids and our dog. We spend spring break here and being early in the season most stores and restaurants were jot yet open. We managed amd had good quality family time. Loved the area which had ample Preserves to go on one or two walks each day. The house was clean and had ample supplies from towesl to kitchenware. Highly recommend this spot. Thank you!
