This studio is located on a private property, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac, adjacent to a picturesque golf course. The studio has it's own entrance and little deck area that can be screened off for privacy. It has an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with electric benchtop hob and conventional oven with bbq and a dining table, mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and toaster.
