Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Vacation where the Floridians go! Great beach, excellent night life, serene surroundings. Brand new one bedroom cottage with full kitchen right in historic district. We are family oriented and have a pull out couch for the kids and a large fenced in yard so your pets can frolic. Use the grill and sit in the gardens. Soak in the hot tub. Take the bicycles and discover the town. Use the kayaks, beach umbrellas/chairs, and fishing equipment and take advantage of our beautiful outdoors

You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). It is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly and helpful.
