An upscale modern boho home nestled in the middle of 23 wooded acres where you can find yourself relaxing outside on the deck, hiking the many trails in the woods or enjoying the many amenities we have to offer.  Our barndominium has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large family room, and eat in kitchen with everything you need. There’s a large recreational room with a pool table, dartboard, putting green, a basketball hoop and plenty of games to choose from.

It is simply furnished, tucked in the woods away from the noise, and offers the beauty of nature all around you. You'll find easy access to Amish country, Woodbury Wildlife Area, Three Rivers Wine Trail, and Historic Roscoe Village.

If you are looking for a secluded peaceful place to stay away from the busyness of life, you have found it here! Sit on the back deck or in the hot tub and enjoy the nature and take in the beautiful water falls. This place is 15 minutes from Millersburg and 25 minutes from Berlin-the heart of Amish country! 40 minutes to Mohican State Park. 10 minutes to the Holmes County trail. This home is mostly furnished with Amish crafted furniture. A great place for extended family get togethers!

Enough acreage and privacy to avoid human interaction and unplug from the world for a while- yet you are only 3 miles from Coshocton’s Roscoe Village, great winery’s in the area and a short drive to Amish country

The Hollyberry House

Breathtaking cabin located near some of Ohio’s finest attractions. The Hollyberry house boasts beautiful panorama views from every direction. With eight ponds and over 150 acres of farm, forest and magical ravines to explore you will find it difficult to be bored. Property amenities include a hot tub shack, cozy fireplace in the living quarters, a swimming pond equipped with a swim out dock and canoes, fire pit area, and also offers golf cart rentals for an extra charge of $45 per day.

Hillside Haven is a lovely rental located in Warsaw, OH. Nestled into the forested hills of Ohio's Amish country, this gem is the perfect spot for your next business trip or getaway. This one-level home is cozy, sparkling clean, and sleeps six. There is one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and one bedroom with a set of twin bunks and a full sized bed. There is a kitchen furnished with the basics for cooking, a relaxing living room area, and two full bathrooms.

The Walhonding Hideaway is a 3 bedroom home on the Walhonding River. It sleeps 6 very comfortably and a 7th on the couch . While sipping coffee or cocktails on the deck you'll feel as if you are directly on the River. There is a beautifully landscaped bonfire area for nightly fires. You may even see Amish buggies stroll by some mornings. During your stay, consider taking the three rivers wine trail or spending the day in historic Roscoe Village.
