Secluded Private Guest Suite with Gorgeous Gardens

Stroll by a gently flowing waterfall through a unique and lush garden, perhaps to meditate, or simply to sip coffee in the morning sun. The tranquil atmosphere is echoed inside this lovely suite as well, with its oriental touches and soothing decor. Bright sunny patio and garden area with waterfall in the pond. With easy access to I-90, head West to Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles away. Or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants. Turn Left into the driveway for the Mercerwood Shoreclub--- that address is 4150 E. Mercer Way. Turn left again on the road between the club and the tennis courts. The first house you see is ours. Please park behind the garage on the left side near the blue hose. There is a wooden gate. Please go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs TURN RIGHT and Left and right again to the end of the house. You will see red chairs in front of your space. The code to open the door is. With easy access to I-90, head for West Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles west, or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants.

The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Perfect for short- or long-term stays, this home comes fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry, living/dining areas, super-fast Wifi 6, a desk setup, a covered deck area, and a view of a lush backyard. A hop away from I-405, in less than 20 minutes you will be in Seattle or in the mountains for hiking or slopes. Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

Tranquil Studio On The Deck Behind The House

This guest suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, separated to become an independent unit after remodel. It's small but has plenty space for resting, working, dining or enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit has its own entrance at back of the house. The deck overlooks the tranquil green belt. As the house is at the top of the hill, walk to the sidewalk after parking at night, the beautiful Bellevue city light is a scene worth remembering.
