Monthly Rentals in Newcomb

Great location,* quiet, with lovely view (on water). King bed and comfortable sofas. (*1/2 way between Easton and St. Michael's.) Brandon was a responsive host. Enjoyed tasty dinner at Bistro restaurant.

Jill’s home was exactly as pictured, clean and cozy. It was a prime location, walking distance to restaurants,shops and marina. There was construction next door which started early and the fan helped to drown out the noise of the roads, both we’re not deal breakers and did not take away from the charm of the town or the place. We would definitely rent here again!

Stayed here with two toddlers and had a great time. The house is very comfortable and the view of the backyard is as peaceful as it looks in the photos. The house is right off of a main road, but still feels very private because of the woods and how far back it is from the street. I actually liked the proximity to the main road as it made trips to St. Michael and Easton really easy. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would stay again!

This was my 2nd visit to Lace’s home and would return again! I greatly enjoyed the private, quiet and peaceful surroundings, with views of Harris Creek from both the front and rear of the home, yet just a short drive to the shops & restaurants of St. Michaels and only 30 minutes to Easton. My favorite part? The huge screened in porch with lots of comfy furniture facing the water. With a dock, fire pit, outdoor eating spaces & included kayaks you, relatives & friends will enjoy yourselves at this spacious home.
