Vacation rentals with a patio in Newport News

Great location for both Jamestown and Williamsburg. We were two adult couples. There was privacy in both king suites and adeqy living and kitchen space. I would definitely go again.

My wife and I had a great visit in Hampton, VA. The hosts were nice and quick to respond. The place was peaceful and super clean. We also enjoyed how quiet our room was!

This place was a true gem. From the minute I walked in it felt like home. The decor was on point and the place was staged with quality furniture and appliances. Everything about this experience was beyond my expectations. The owner takes pride in her properties

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Sarah’s place. Her place made us feel right at home and we loved everything about it. We definitely want to come back and get this place again. She was very helpful and responded right away about a router my husband needed to work from home.

Cindys place was spotless and immediately cozy, I’ve never been in a cleaner Air BnB! The neighborhood is cute and peaceful, and Cindy is a really proactive and clear communicator and even allowed us to check in a bit early. Wonderful stay and can’t recommend enough!

We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! Cute place to stay for a weekend get away. Close to many restaurants and the beach.

Great location. Less then 10 min walk from beach. Close to good food. Child friendly. Didn’t bring my dog but could have. Overall 10 out of 10 if back in Va would do it again. Thanks for help with creating great memories

What a great spot for our family! We came out for marathon weekend in Va Beach, and we spent so much time in this beautiful home. Kate was responsive and we had more than everything we needed for the weekend.

The horses stopped by several times a day. It was magical. Just a short drive to the ocean where we conveniently parked our car on the beach. We had plenty of room on the beach. People were not on top of each other. It was a wonderful vacation! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. the kitchen was well stocked.

Amazing week vacation for me and my hubbys one year anniversary! Beautiful home and I mean stunning!! Kitchen was my absolute favorite, the place was so clean and so peaceful. Host was extremely helpful , never took more than 30 minutes to respond back, very sweet and very understanding. I will definitely be back , such a peaceful area, SAFE area and so beautiful! Can’t wait to come back! We also stayed with two pets and he was very understanding and helpful with that as well!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious, with new furnishings and linens. The location is quiet and residential, and a short drive to Yorktown and Williamsburg. I would definitely stay here again.

Well maintained, clean and free of clutter. She had a nice tray of coffees, teas and chocolates available. I love my nighttime tea and had forgotten to bring it, so that was great. Had a nice fenced in yard that we were able to use to practice soccer. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed minus a couple mixing bowls. There was some food and spices there (from other guests maybe) that we weren't sure if we could use or not. I was confused about getting logged into WiFi but I messaged Collette and she walked me through it. Nice place and well priced.

We had a very peaceful and comfortable few days here. The place felt just like home and was very clean. We walked on the beach which is right across the street and to a cute cafe right down the street. The only recommendation I could make is adding a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was perfect and we really enjoyed it! Thank you Hadley for your kindness.

Stayed for an impromptu visit to the in-laws over Christmas. Booked it on the 24th for check-in on the 25th-27th. The stay was great, went off without a hitch. good communication, seamless check-in and very clean space. 10/10 would stay again.

Kat’s place was absolutely incredible! The attention to detail was impeccable—from the personalized welcome sign to the thoughtful amenities like snacks, coffee, and bottled water. The condo was spotless and offered plenty of space for me and my guest to relax comfortably. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Kat was incredibly responsive to any questions and even accommodated a later check-out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Rebecca's place! It was bright, sunny, spacious, extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork. It was conveniently located with only a very short drive or walk to shops and places to eat. Rebecca was a delightful host with excellent communication, we would definitely stay here again.

We visit Williamsburg often and have stayed in many different vacation properties. Gayle’s is one of the best so far! It was warm and welcoming, family friendly, she even left a cookie decorating kit for us! The kitchen had lots of extras, coffees, teas, hot chocolates, condiments, even a few snacks. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Sliding glass doors in two of the bedrooms and living room opened onto small decks with a view onto the tennis courts. The property was fun to explore and the kids had a blast on the playground and down at the small beach (a ten minute walk). I got a massage at the resort and highly recommend if you have time for some pampering during your stay. We had an issue with the dishwasher (it is a smarter/fancier appliance than I was used to) and Gayle was immediately responsive talking me through it & offered on site help if needed. Checkout was simple & easy, no long list of tasks. We just felt relaxed and welcome!
