The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

We had an amazing time staying with Hang. They were very kind and hospitable, making sure that we were very comfortable throughout our entire stay. The host family living on the ground floor was extremely nice and not imposing at all. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in Da Nang, and looked after us by giving us fresh fruits and snacks. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The jacuzzi on the roof is a god send after a long day out in the heat. Highly recommend this place for any group travelling to Da Nang.

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

The villa was exactly as described—beautiful, and set within the stunning Hyatt property. Tai was an exceptional host—always responsive and helpful, making sure our stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. One of the best parts was having full access to all the Hyatt amenities, which really elevated the experience. From food to groceries, everything was easily delivered straight to the villa, making it incredibly convenient. We especially loved spending time at the beachfront—it was serene, scenic, and just steps away. Overall, a truly relaxing and luxurious getaway. We’d definitely love to come back!

I was also a little hesitant because there weren't many reviews, but there was something similar in the review, so I booked it. I was worried that it would be different from the photos as the trip approached, but it was nice that it wasn't different from the photos. I liked that there were 4 rooms, each room had a bathroom, and there were many additional toilets on the first floor. It's nice to have a double size bed in each room. There is no smell of food inside, and it is clean. I would recommend it to people around me who are planning a trip.

This was a return visit to Gillian's place and even better than before. The villa has just finished a long term rental - hence no reviews for a while - so it was all re-decorated and spring cleaned before we arrived. It's 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the golf clubhouse. The golf course has been extended to 27 holes - now includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 9 holes and a Greg Norman designed 18 holes, if you like golf. The villa looks out towards the 11th green and 12th tee. The villa is in a boutique development that's part of the prestigious Ocean Villas estate. We tried the spa (fabulous hot stone massage and reasonably priced), as well as the Reflections restaurant - yum! We'll be back !

Most of all, I liked the friendly, quick response, and clean and well organized accommodation. It was an accommodation where all 6 of us and our friends were 1000% satisfied.

I went with my parents and they were surprised by the really great facilities. The pool was clean, so I swam twice a day (I think it's deeper than I thought, so I think you can bring a tube). Most of all, please be thoughtful with Kakao Talk ~ Please reply right away ^ ^ Once as breakfast Vietnamese. I did the evening bbq once, and they were all satisfactory ^ ^ (I think I can add a complaint about the bbq and buy the ingredients separately! (I ordered beef and scallops, but the scallops were too high. The price wasn't that cheap either).I want to come again when I get a chance next time ^ ^ Thank you, host.

The space is tidy. The interior looks a little old, but it's clean and uncomfortable. Pool is smaller than expected

Our stay at this Villa was amazing. We enjoyed how close we were to everything and that we even got free cleans while staying there. The villa was very spacious and the pool was amazing. The host was amazing in giving us recommendations on a personal tour guide, who was great and helped us will all our needs and activities while staying. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as there was nothing that I could fault. 5 Stars from me.

If you just check the shower part again, the facility management is clean and good. The water pressure was weak, so I couldn't take a shower with warm water.

The host was welcoming and assisted in making our check in seamless.

That's where you thought it would be. It's a villa 3, so the location is really good. It's so convenient that the dedicated representative communicates via messenger in real time and is friendly. You can also get Grab or food delivery in front of Residence D, but it takes about 2 minutes on foot. I liked that the host seemed to run various accommodations, so it was professional. '

This is the second time I stayed at Duong's house, it still feels like home. The house is spacious with many common spaces for eating and chatting with friends. Highly recommended.

The house is great for group of friends or families of about less than 10 people to stay, here has all the amenities to have. I have a feeling like I'm living at my home, highly recommend. I will come back to this house when I come to Da Nang next time.

We have just spent a week in Felicia's villa with our son and family. It's a beautiful space: light and airy, a lovely sea breeze, uncluttered, nicely furnished and well-equipped. Our granddaughters loved the little pool at the villa, perfect for little ones to splash about in. and easy to keep an eye on them. There's a lovely grassy space between the villa and the sea, perfect for running around on. The hotel pools are great for adults and children and the grounds are beautiful. Felicia was a very responsive host, making everything very easy for us. Highly recommended.
