Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement van Filippo. Gary was een erg fijne en behulpzame gastheer. Hij gaf ons goede tips voor de omgeving en restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement is lekker ruim en mooier dan op de fotos. Verder is de ligging super, erg rustig en prachtig uitzicht tussen de druiven en olijfbomen. Elke dag hoorden we bijeneters overvliegen ;D We hadden geluk met het weer, het was heerlijk zonnig waardoor we bijna elke dag het zwembad hebben kunnen gebruiken (al was deze nog wel wat fris ;)). We searched for months for the perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 9 days in Tuscany- and we found it! This house is located a nice distance from Lucca, Cinque Terra, Pisa and Florence. However- the house and grounds were so beautiful that we were always torn about staying home or going exploring. We spent mornings at the pool and evenings adventuring. Andrea was a warm and kind host, always helpful. We had plenty of room for two adults and three young kids. We are beyond grateful to have gotten to spend time in this special place. The photos don’t do it justice. Do not hesitate to book this! Really such a special place. Thank you, Andrea and family.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war einwandfrei! Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist wie beschrieben etwas abenteuerlich. Die Anfahrt wird aber sehr gut beschrieben und wir konnten das Haus ohne Pribleme gut finden. Nach der Ankunft wird man entschädigt mit einem grossen privaten Parkplatz, einem Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, einer grandiosen und idyllischen Aussicht und einem grossen Pool. Alles sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern! Wer Erholung sucht, findet diese in dieser Unterkunft. Auswärts Essen und einkaufen gehen bedingt eine 15-minütige Autofahrt. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. 🥰

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Villa Pergolone lives up to the high expectations set by the listing. The house is gorgeous, the surroundings even more so. The host and caretaker are very responsive and fond of the place, this shows in everything. Insanely highly recommended!

We had a really lovely stay. There were 4 adults, and toddler and baby and the property was very suitable for us. The hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat. We ate in the restaurant just by the property and it was the best meal we had in Italy. We also had some delicious gelato. The property was extremely clean and great for what we needed. We had enough space and there was a nice outdoor area too. It was also a great location, very peaceful but also within walking distance to the beach and lovely little village. Thank you so much for our stay xx

Charming little house with a private, cozy yard filled with greenery. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and inviting. Bicycles can be provided upon request. There is a nearby COOP, which is the best supermarket/grocery chain in Italy. Matteo and Marcela always promptly and informatively answered our questions and proactively kept us informed about everything important. They are very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Wat een fantastisch verblijf hebben wij gehad in dit heerlijke huis in Matraia! Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het als een thuis weg van huis. Het huis is ruim, smaakvol ingericht en brandschoon – precies wat je hoopt te vinden. Hoewel we de pech hadden dat het de eerste dagen koud was, bleek de verwarming snel en efficiënt. Binnen no-time was het huis behaaglijk warm, waardoor we volop konden genieten van onze tijd samen. Het absolute hoogtepunt? Zonder twijfel het terras. Vanaf daar kijk je uit over het schilderachtige Lucca – een uitzicht dat elke dag weer betoverend was, zeker bij zonsondergang. Een plek waar je eindeloos wilt blijven zitten, met een goed glas wijn. Voor onze kinderen was de slaapvide een groot avontuur. Ze vonden het geweldig om daar hun eigen knusse plek te hebben een detail dat hun vakantie nog specialer maakte. De ligging van het huis is ideaal: rustig en omgeven door natuur, maar toch dicht bij tal van leuke uitstapjes. Wij kijken met een glimlach terug.

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

Siamo stati in questa splendida casa per un settimana. Anche a novembre, col sole, pranzavamo fuori nel giardino sotto un bellissimo gazebo. La casa è stupenda, Corinna e il proprietario molto gentili. Torneremo!

Sono stato con 3 amici a fare trekking sulle Apuane e la casa di Carla è stata un ottimo appoggio. Vicinissima a molti percorsi, silenziosa e con una vista incredibile dalla terrazza al secondo piano. Carla ci ha permesso anche di avere un check out più tardi per via di una necessità last minute, gentilissima anche nel momento di check in. Consiglio!!

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

La casa di Paola è veramente un’ottima soluzione per una vacanzetta di gruppo in Versilia. Purtroppo siamo stati solo per una notte per La Prima Estate, per quanto è bella la casa saremmo voluti rimanere di più. La casa è grande, su due piani con un seminterrato, patio e giardino. Cucina attrezzatissima con tutto il necessario, tutto super pulito. Veramente una casa in cui vivere l’estate in Versilia, consigliatissima!

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

We verbleven in deze prachtige Toscaanse villa, volledig in authentieke Italiaanse stijl. Het huis ligt op een schitterende locatie met uitzicht over Montecatini – ’s avonds een zee van lichtjes! Door oponthoud onderweg kwamen we pas om 23.00 uur aan, maar dat was voor Cristina geen enkel probleem. Ze wachtte ons vriendelijk op en nam ruim de tijd om ons alles te laten zien. Cristina is een uitstekende gastvrouw en de communicatie verliep vlot en prettig in het Engels. De villa is erg privé, met een groot afgesloten terrein en een hek rondom. Parkeren kan gewoon op eigen terrein. Een kleine tip voor toekomstige gasten: volg niet blindelings je routeplanner. Die stuurt je via een smal kronkelpad waar je nauwelijks met één auto overheen kan. Neem bij voorkeur de route via de andere kant. Het zwembad is ’s avonds sfeervol verlicht en de omgeving biedt tal van mooie uitstapjes naar stadjes als Lucca, Florence, Pistoia en Siena. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub in diesem Haus mit großem Garten und traumhaften Blick auf die Küste! Die Kräuterecke des Gartens haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, wodurch es ideal für Hunde ist. Unser Hund hat es geliebt! Auch das wlan war top (homeoffice geeignet). Die Anfahrt in die Berge ist unproblematisch, das Restaurant in der Nähe ist zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!
