Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances. Plenty of breakfast food left in the fridge. Location perfect for buses, and a 10 minute walk to the river.

Eric’s apartment is beautiful! The view across the river is captivating, with Quebec City in full splendor. All the furnishings are comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with all the essentials and plenty extra. Eric and Monique welcomed us in person on arrival and provided a helpful introduction to the apartment and the local spots to visit. Their generous treats in the refrigerator and cookies were a nice touch after a day of travel. We loved using the ferry to get in and out of the city, and we felt at home throughout our stay. We hope to return for more exploration of Quebec and Lévis.

The house is beautiful, very chic, warm and well appointed. The place is peaceful with great views. We loved the grounds, the hot tub and the space for the fire. We felt very quick at home and would love to come back! The kitchen contains everything you need for cooking, including bbq utensils. I recommend it!!

House was beautiful and well laid out. Nice individualisation with the painting. Some features made it less kid friendly e.g. blinds not properly attached. We did self check in so didn't get a run through and missed the information such as how to use fire/grill/details about shares fire pit. But beautiful home and we would happily stay again.

What a beautiful warm, spacious chalet, with a magnificent view. The outdoor property is also large and sunny. Sylvie and Leila respond quickly to messages. Convenience store nearby. We will be back without hesitation.

The accommodation was really incredible! It looked even better than in the photo with the snow. The view was magnificent. Amara is really accessible, responds quickly, always very helpful, really she was perfect. The accommodation was perfectly clean, equipped and very well decorated. It had everything we needed and more: board games, a Wii, a multitude of DVDs. The surrounding area is peaceful, and there's a store and bakery a 5-minute drive away. There's lots to do in the area: ice-skating in the forest, for example, which we loved, waterfalls, national parks, etc. Our only regret: we didn't stay longer! :)

Quiet, incredibly beautiful the view, the space of the house inside and outside. Cleanliness of the place. Details to ensure the comfort of visitors. The essential basics of a house, everything was there. The fireplace. Laundry room. Pets allowed. Partial adaptation for one person in a wheelchair, that's great! Least: The average internet. Unique bathroom, no ventilation. The couch is uncomfortable. Some amenities would have to be renewed. These are present. Anyway, I recommend this house. I would go back without hesitation. It's a beautiful place. Close to highway, restaurants and services. Thank you so much to our hosts.

hello just excellent rental, perfectly compliant, easy to access and for parking. The accommodation is very clean and very functional, top-notch household equipment, the environment with the lake of nations just opposite is remarkable, if you like to do your running session, it's really perfect This place deserves its 5 stars.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Quebec City, thanks to Grégoire and Pierre. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but they made it a breeze. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home. Grégoire and Pierre were incredibly polite and provided a very personal experience. From the moment we arrived, they gave us a guided tour of the place and shared some great local recommendations, including discounts at select restaurants. As an added bonus, they even surprised us with a real Christmas tree, which made our holiday stay extra special. The location is superb. We were located right in the middle of everything and only a few minutes walk to the Frontenac. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Quebec City. Highly recommend!

Hello Sandrine, your condo was very nice for our stay. I would like to bring you a few things that would have made the stay easier such as having hand towels in the bathroom, cleaning linens (rags) and wood accessible to make the fire (paying no problem). These are just small suggestions because the stay has more for us and I will recommend the place to my friends.:)
