Beautiful villa in a gated area. Pool in the residence. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, not in the living room on the other hand. Very nice standard

Beautiful and well appointed home. It felt secluded yet within an easy walk or drive to everything, including the beach. Loved the pool and outdoor area. The folks at Alba were easy to reach and very communicative leading up and during our stay.

First of all my family and I want to thank Don Santiago for his welcome and kindness. We also want to say that we loved the place, super comfortable the rooms, the place super quiet, the clean pool and its location is great. Very happy and very grateful. Hope to comeback soon

One of the best neighborhoods in Jaco, La Flor also has one of the best pools and easiest beach access points of anywhere I've stayed. Jamie's place is one of the best because it was built without the clutter of columns in the central area, so they truly have an open layout. The yard is private and the patio/balcony was a nice touch. Highly recommend staying at Jamie's place.

Unfortunately, we only spent one night in the accommodation during our tour of Costa Rica – but would have loved to stay longer! The location is wonderfully quiet and private, perfect for unwinding. Julieta and Elmer were great hosts and responded super quickly. 🙂 We really didn't miss anything – the kitchen was excellently equipped and there were even extra towels for the pool 🏊‍♀️ An absolute feel-good place – clear recommendation! ☀️

I loved this house because of the big windows looking over the trees. We had a group of monkeys visit the balcony. Breakfast was good.

The rooftop is stunning and the pool connects you to the beach life while being elevated from the beach just enough.

We just had a 5-day stay at Drew's apartment at Playa Grande. Absolutely loved the location, easy access in and out, walkability to the beach and restaurants, great room sizes, large deck, pool option, and excellent commucation from the owners. Definitely great value for the price!

the place is super central but at the same time surrounded by a lot of green and private. we could walk to everything and the garden was very nice. At the stay there was everything we needed.

Totally worth it, the villa is super equipped, clean, tidy. Super friendly Luciano would answer our questions in time and kindly. It's definitely a place I'd come back every time I visit Santa Teresa. Only the street of entrance to the villa is not in such a good condition but nevertheless if it manages to arrive without any problem.

Accommodation has everything we need. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is in very good condition and you can see that they strive to deliver it well, even make shapes to towels and paper.

We would come back here. A beautiful place with canopies of trees in sight. Monkeys were heard and birds and naughty squirrels arrived near us. The very nice pool, very collaborative staff and the place very close to the beach, where the sunset is beautiful and captivating. This apartment is very well equipped and very close to restaurants, shops, ice cream shops and supermarkets. I recommend it, despite the area which is quite expensive, but having a super close, you can save a little.

A good stay in Las Catalinas, very friendly and helpful staff; the house and the beach everything is perfect, the only one but the hidden expenses that charge you with the check-out.

The place is charming, very clean and tidy, and the smell of wood is pleasant. Very comfortable and beautiful. The view is spectacular. A very safe and lovely place, with many trails, a golf course, and a beach club with a pool, restaurant, and spa. The apartment has a washing machine and a very well-equipped kitchen. The beds are king-size and very comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom only has hot water, so if you want cold or cool water, you'll need to use the second bathroom. The beach is far from the apartment, but the walk to the beach club is worth it. Chris always responded to our questions and was very kind and approachable. We really liked it and will definitely return.

David was easy to coordinate with, told us everything we needed to know, and even carried our bags after a long drive and days of adventuring! The condo was spotless and temperature controls were easy. Views out the front windows and from the pools are beautiful. While we weren't there long enough to cook, it looked like the kitchen was very well stocked - thank you for the bag of coffee so we could enjoy a cup by the pool each morning! We appreciated the beach towels and the ability to do our laundry before heading back. Very pleased with our choice of accomodations for our short time in Playa Flamingo!

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.

My family and I were very happy with this beautiful unit, everything was in perfect condition. Its location is excellent so close to everything. We recommend them 100% ☺️

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

Sean‘s place was perfect. We found it exactly as described, it was clean, and had all the amenities of home. The location couldn’t be better, the private beach is priceless, we enjoyed it every day. We also really liked relaxing on the beautiful patio. We definitely want to come back. Sean’s place is five stars for sure!

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!
