Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. The kitchen offers you everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make it easier for you to start your day. In the bathroom, you can expect a big shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The lovingly renovated vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on two floors. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and smart TV, a bedroom with a large double bed (200 x 200 cm, 25 cm mattress height) and an office with a workstation. In addition to various shopping facilities, Großostheim also offers doctors, pharmacies and some restaurants. Due to the central location of the apartment, everything is easily accessible on foot.

From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our Schweinheim district and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and at the house. Especially for cyclists, enclosed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

In our Klosterblick apartment, you not only have a unique view of the former Benedictine abbey, the monastery garden and our beautiful Einhardbasilika, you are also only a three-minute walk from our market square and Freihofplatz. There you will find bakers, butchers, boutiques and the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the city. Here you can admire our beautiful old town with its traditional half-timbered houses.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes.
