Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. Shower and toilet are separated, which saves time in the mornings. The kitchen is small but clever, with a door to keep sleep and cooking apart. Underfloor heating, blinds, lots of light. Direct access to B469: Frankfurt Airport ~30 min, Aschaffenburg 12 km. A calm place to recharge and feel at home during your projects.

Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.
