You can get on the bus line 8 in just 2 minutes and drive to the beautiful city on the Rhine and Moselle to Koblenz or visit the fortress Ehrenbreitstein. You can also take the bike path to Koblenz or walk directly on the Rhine. For the hikers below you, the Rheinsteig runs through Urbar.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
