The Old Brewery, Lower Calbourne Mill

Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

Prospective guests should note that the cottage is accessed by 2 steps to the front door and the same applies to accessing the rear garden. Once inside there are no further steps.
