Spent a beautiful 3 nights in Armin’s guesthouse. Right from the beginning, excellent response and communication, extremely concise and helpful. The home is decorated beautifully, with plenty of history and fascinating, unique furnishings matching the era of home. Every amenity and accessory you could think of is clearly laid out with plenty of information and instructions in multiple languages. Clean and neat upon arrival and greeted in person, given a tour and he was so hospitable and eager to help, ensuring his assistance with any needs we may have had. Couldn’t ask for a better host or experience, would highly recommend.

I rented this accommodation with four friends during GamesCom to get to the fair quickly but at the same time to find peace and comfort away from that. The villa was really optimal for this purpose. Everything as described in the listing. The communication with the host went well, but I had to wait for a response from time to time. All in all, I highly recommend the property – especially for families.

We had a good time Oberwinkelhausen. Nice contact to the landlords. The apartment is very quiet, clean and very well and stylishly furnished. Everything you need. The garden is great, especially if you have a dog with you. Beds are very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

We had three really nice days in Nina's apartment and felt super comfortable right from the beginning. The house was very easy to find. Dmitrij had already sent us a short description with pictures in advance. This is a small house with complete furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen. There were five of us (2 adults, 3 children) and the house was big enough for us. The house is quietly located in a garden in the backyard of the host's residence. We were very satisfied. Thanks again to the host and the good and very friendly communication.

I highly recommend it. Great amenities and comfortable beds including pillow selection. Very nice hosts, there was even a delicious espresso before departure! Just book and experience it for yourself. :)
