We invite you to spend your holiday and relax on our well-preserved farm, in a quiet location by the Regen, near Nittenau. With us you will find your own 1 km long fishing water right by the house, a barbecue area, a lawn for sunbathing, a fishing boat and plenty of country life with cows, calves and cats.

Our fully furnished 3-room apartment with 85 square metres for a maximum of 8 people has two beautiful bedrooms, a living room/bedroom, a dining room with a kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. There is a seating area in the outdoor area/balcony. Additional amenities: A baby cot can be provided on request. Kitchen: A fridge, dishwasher, oven, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system + free Wi-Fi.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.

Rötzer vacation home - with sauna, hot tub and grill

This fully equipped vacation home for up to 8 people is situated in a secluded location on a 3,000 m² property. Over 200 m² of living space, you will find 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace room, a large terrace, a sauna and a hot tub. Families with children are also well equipped. Towels, bed linens and much more are included. An inn for breakfast and dinner is only about 200 m away.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
