Kitchen equipped with fridge and freezer, gas hob, oven, range hood, coffee machine, microwave and all facilities. Two composed of a 160cm boxspring bed separable into 2 singles beds and the second bedroom of a quality sofa bed. A washing machine, a dryer and the ironing board.

Saint Germain A 40 m2 gîte, quiet and elegant, ideally located near the center of Waterloo, the train station, and major motorways, 5 minutes from the fields. Simple, well equipped, comfortable, with a pretty terrace which opens onto a wild but welcoming garden. We designed it with care and kindness. My independent accommodation is conveniently located. Green, quiet and close to the train station (30 min to Brussels Center, 20 min to Charleroi). A stone's throw from the Lion of Waterloo. Some stores including 2 Delhaize are a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Parking is easy and free. The region has charming towns such as Nivelles (5 min), Waterloo (8 min), Ittre (10 min). The small garden for smokers is a plus!

The studio is part of a property located on the edge of a wood, offering easy access to the highway as well as close to shops and public transportation. Walking trails are just behind the property, leading directly to a ravel on the canals of the center Please note... for a quality welcome, we cannot accept stays of less than 2 nights. In winter the price includes fixed heating consumption.
