Rural guest cottage near the sea

5 minutes from the E4 you will find our rural cottage with large terrace facing south. From here you look out over wide fields, horse pastures, garden pond with fish and free range ducks. The cottage is located at the top of our property about 40 meters from our house – but a little secluded with its own entrance and parking. If you have children or dog with you, there is both a playground on the property and forest trails directly next door. Several great excursion destinations in the nearby area. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on request. Welcome!

Welcome, here you have a cheap accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Airfryer, Micro, hot plate, toaster, kettle etc There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stop outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the building. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. As a hotel but better

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.
