Beachfront vacation rentals in Noale

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

The rooms are spacious, cozy, and well heated. The location is convenient to both the beaches and the center of Chioggia. The apartment is on the second floor and the access stairs are "challenging" if you have a large luggage. The bikes provided make it easy to get around. There are some paid parking areas nearby, 5-8-12€ per day in low season. The instructions provided make it easy to find the apartment.

It was perfect for our stay during the Venice Film Festival.

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

The apartment is so lovingly and beautifully decorated, is wonderfully located, Paula is just incredibly nice and everything was perfect! I'm looking forward to the next vacation in this apartment!

Had a great stay, location perfect, right on the beach. Airstream caravan was excellent, had all facilities required for a short stay.

The apartment is really good value clean, comfortable, suitable for families with childrens.. The owner is very friendly and answered any questions immediately. Nice location: it's only 5 min to reach the beach; for visiting Burano, Lido or Venice - near appartments is a bus station that goes directly to the port Punta Sabioni. No complaints about the property, only the best reccomendations from us!

Nice and well-equipped bungalow in 1st row to the beach. Idyllic and private compared to the rest of the campsite. You can take a scooter from home or rent a bike on-site, which can be used to get around. Nice swimming pools, good supermarket, cozy campsite (animals not allowed). Please note that bungalows are close to the beach and thus close to the Sunshine Bar, where there are usually evening live events with loud music and sing-along. If you have small children (like us), it may be a nuisance, as the party doesn't stop until 1am. Otherwise a lovely stay and we will be happy to come again.

Large first floor apartment, great for a family. Three terraces, large in the kitchen with another table, bench and chairs for dining outside. The apartment is newly renovated, there is nothing to complain about.

Me and the family have had a great stay for a week in Pers apartment. Access pool and proximity to the beach with its own chairs that belonged to the area where there was always space was really great. It was easy to get to ferries for travel to and from Venice. Good range of restaurants and shops right outside the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious and during the hottest days we were very grateful for the air conditioning and the spacious balcony. Per was very helpful and generous, came up with many local tips and always responds quickly. We are very happy with our stay and would love to come back. Many thanks to Per.

Very nice and new apartment.

A very nice walk on the lagoon quay from the vaporetti station directly to the apartment in just 10 minutes. A bus also runs every 20 minutes, which is convenient on arrival/departure because of luggage. Access to the beach can also be reached in 5 minutes, which is very great if you want some peace and relaxation as a balance to the dense Venice. The apartment is bigger than the impression you get in the example photos. Thanks to tilt windows in all rooms and views of the lagoon from the 2nd floor, a pleasant wind blows and it can thus be well ventilated. The two balconies make the apartment in addition to a good resort and invites you to read longer and look into the distance (great evening sun/sky). We will be happy to come back!

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

We had a wonderful stay at Corrado’s! The house is even more spacious than it looks in the photos—plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space felt clean and welcoming. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked—far beyond what you’d typically find in an Airbnb. Corrado was a fantastic host: incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. He provided detailed directions and tips that made getting around Venice much easier. The garden is a lovely bonus—green, peaceful, and full of flowers (the roses were just about to bloom when we visited). The location is also perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the Vaporetto stop, 17 min walk from San Marco and one stop from Lido. The accommodation is very close to a fruit & vegetable shop with great produce. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!

we are delighted to have stayed at Carla and Danièle's place. The neighborhood is beautiful, Lido island close to everything: Venice center in 15/ 20 minutes, beach and shops nearby, very convenient buses to go all around and bikes available, quiet to change a bit of crowds in some areas of Venice, the kindness and availability of hosts to inform us, and nice surprise when arriving at this comfortable house where we have an upstairs apartment with views of the lagoon: a basket of fruit on the table and a bottle of Prose co cool! we will keep a great memory...

Geirgio is a true gentleman, a lovely person always there to help and so charming. T accommodation was perfect. The garden beautiful with fruit trees and flowers.I love Malamocco, you have 5he Lagoon on one side and the Adreatic sea on the other. It's a friendly village with three restraunts, a café a pizza shop and grocery shop two boutique hotels and a chuch. The bus service is exellent and cheap, buses every 10 mins €1. 50. At Elizabeta catch the Vaporetto to St karria Venice 10 mins, not Aliluguna, as it goes every where and takes an hour to Venice. I loved my home from home, and will come to stay at Georgios again and again.

we loved our stay, you could really tell that it is a little family gem we were allowed to enjoy. great location, easy busride to the Vaporetto station. enjoyed some time at the beach, restaurants on Lido and of course magical Venice. had plenty of space with our 4 kids, used the kitchen for easy meals. nice view from the balcony. definitely recommend the stay.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!
