House vacation rentals in Nocera Umbra

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

We had a great time at Adeles' house.The place is beautiful surrounded by flowers and amazing landscape to the hills. 10 minutes walk to the center of Todi. The house is very clean and Adele is kind and very helpful! We traveled at the end of April and the weather was great but not yet hot to use the swimming pool.

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sergio's house in San Feliciano. The view of Lake Trasimeno is truly breathtaking, an enchanting view that you never get tired of. The house is great, cared for and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sergio was a kind and helpful host, always ready to answer our questions and give us useful tips about the area. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with spectacular views of the lake.

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

Beautiful accommodation on the outskirts of Perugia, in a very quiet area, but strategic to visit the city and its surroundings. The house is equipped with every comfort, very clean and exactly as described. The garden, equipped and fully fenced, is a corner of pure relaxation, also thank you to the beautiful panoramic view. The host is very kind and very helpful.

We stayed at Daniele's for 3 days and had a great time. The house is nestled in a beautiful setting, a little outside the center of Perugia, reachable in 20 minutes on foot but more comfortably in a few minutes by car, given the many ups and downs of the city. The cottage is independent, essential but equipped with everything. Daniele and the cohosts were kind and helpful. Super dogfriendly structure, which we very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Federica’s place. The location was among the vineyards and the view was spectacular. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard. We had privacy and enjoyed visits from Federica’s cats. We felt like we were home. Also, Federica gave us a great restaurant recommendation. We stayed 2 weeks at 5 (2 adults and 3 children) The setting is idyllic. The house is large as well as the swimming pool. Alex and Prya are hypers responsive and do everything to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. Highly recommendable host and listing. What a positive thing. For owners of an electric vehicle, the property has a Tesla domestic terminal. Recharge of about 7km per hour. Umbertide has fast chargers in front of the COOP supermarket.

Beautiful villa located in a quiet area and surrounded by the greenery of the fields. Very comfortable for a few days of vacation in Umbria. Large living room and full kitchen. Curated and uncluttered rooms. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Highly recommended, also given the excellent quality/price ratio.

I stayed at the adorable place with my family for a week. Upon arrival, the host gave us the key and showed us everything. We especially liked the large pool and the breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno from the upper floor of the house. We had a very nice week in Umbria and explored the surroundings in day trips. Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

It was a great 3 days, we were also able to turn on the grill. Although the weather was not great, the house was super comfortable and we took the opportunity to rest in total silence and tranquility. Irene was valuable in her tips and was able to provide us with precise directions to the house. Super cozy geta with us.
