Die Unterkunft ist in schöner Natur gelegen und ein perfektes Ziel für eine Erholung! Die Gastgeber sind super nett und man findet alles sehr schnell. Es ist alles nötige in der Unterkunft zu finden und bei Fragen steht Dieter immer zur Verfügung. Eine wirklich schöne Umgebung und liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Studio. Sehr gemütlich, wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur weiter empfehlen!

Het is een mooi en leuk ingericht verblijf, alles is vrij nieuw. Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk rustig, makkelijk te vinden en zelf inchecken is helemaal handig. Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen. Als ik weer een keer naar het UMCG Groningen moet en ergens moet overnachten, dan komen we zeker terug.

Logement confortable et joliment decoré en plein centre-ville de Groningen. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement stratégique, la déco et la bonne literie. (Enfin un canapé lit ferme! Avec des couettes en duvet!). L'appartement était très propre. Matthijs est un hôte très reactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

We were a group of 7 friends who were looking for an relaxing stay in the netherlands. We were really happy with this location. First of all, the host Milo is a really kind person who checked in on us and looked if everything is fine. Also he gave us nice tips for things we can do in the area. Stores like Coop are good to find within 10 minutes with the car, bikes can be rent within a 10 minute footwalk. All in all it is a very quite area which is good for relaxing. Additionally, the big garden we could use was perfect. But you should be aware that the walls are very thin in the house. So when you are talking in the basement, you will hear this in the first floor. But for us this was not a problem at all. We can definitely recommend this location!

Heerlijk rustige stek, met uitzicht zoals op de foto. Heerlijk schoon en nieuw. Klein maar fijn, goed ingedeeld. Fijn dat er ook basisproducten als thee en koffie zijn. Mooie omgeving, heerlijk gewandeld.

I was traveling for a conference at the university and the room’s location and price were what originally caught my eye. It was a great choice. The stay was great and the hosts (Michiel and Takeshi) were very helpful and welcoming. It was easy walking and biking distance to the university. I recommend staying here and, if I get the chance, would stay again.

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr schönem Garten. Ebenfalls sehr schöne Gegend. Sehr freundliche und höfliche Gastgeber.

Wir haben einen Mädels-Wochenendtrip gemacht und die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt! Der Garten war toll und durch die Nähe zur Innenstadt war auch eine Mittagspause im Haus gut machbar:)… Das Haus war mehr als gut ausgestattet! Danke! Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Erg aardige kerel deze Arjan :-). Het huisje was precies als verwacht en comfortabel. Dat we niet optimaal van de omgeving hebben genomen komt alleen door het weer. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

A great house in a great location for exploring Groningen. The whole area was quiet day and night but only 10 minutes walk to the city center. Jaap is a great host who communicated very clearly before our check in and everything was exactly as he said it would be. I would recommend this property for anybody looking to stay in Groningen. The city centre is within easy walking distance plus local shops very close by.

If I could give Anthonie 10 stars, I would. His place was very nice and he was incredibly helpful throughout our whole stay. From communication around our shifting arrival time, to recommendations around town, giving helpful information about the area when my wife hurt her knee, and helping me out quickly when I locked myself out of the apartment thinking it was time to leave for my flight. 11/10 host. Very grateful for all his help and generosity.

We vonden deze airbnb op een zoektocht naar een plek waar ook een bootje beschikbaar was. Nou, we zijn niet teleurgesteld. Wat een heerlijke plek. De tot vakantiewoning omgebouwd boothuis ligt pal aan het water en je vaart zo het meer op vanuit je vakantiehuis! Prachtig uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien!
