New apartment on the west beach

Hello, We offer a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), a 4-minute walk to the beach, a 5-minute walk to town. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. We look forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for a crib, etc. I'm so sorry, but since I have kids myself, I speak from experience.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. Decorated in the Scandinavian-modern style, it is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel beds in the bedroom.
