The beach of Neßmersiel is within walking distance, by bike, or car, about 1900 m away. The property offers a wallbox for electric cars.

The beach is about 1300 m away and can be reached comfortably on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

There is a separate, solidly fenced garden area just for you, where escape artists can also run around freely.
