In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Familien, Paaren und Radfahrern den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für eine erholsame Auszeit an der Nordseeküste. Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Deich auf einem Hof mit großem Garten – ruhig, naturnah und trotzdem nah an der Küste. Mit dem Rad seid ihr in einer Minute am Deich und auch zu Fuß erreicht ihr in wenigen Minuten die Nordsee. Da wir selbst im Haus wohnen, sind wir bei Fragen jederzeit für euch da und geben euch gerne Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants.

Der offene Wohnbereich mit großer Küche, 3 Zimmern mit TV & 2 Bäder mit Dusche, sind für 4-6 Personen gut aufgeteilt. Die schöne Terrasse & der Gemeinschaftsgarten haben eine Südwestausrichtung. Das moderne Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage ist auch für Sportler gut geeignet.

Die im Erdgeschoss liegende 2 Raum Ferienwohnung Lachmöwe by DeJu in Norderney ist ca. 43 qm groß, verfügt über eine private Terrasse (ca. 10 qm) und liegt direkt am Weststrand. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine sehr zentrale Lage aus. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 240 m. Zum Kurplatz mit dem angrenzenden Badehaus sind es ca. 350 m. Bis 4 Personen geeignet und buchbar (bitte Hinweis dazu beachten). Sie wurde Anfang 2025 vollumfänglich renoviert. Glasfaseranschluss.

Unsere kleine Unterkunft lädt zum Entspannen ein und dazu, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Besonderheit ist, dass zur Wohnung ein See gehört in dem man Angeln und Schwimmen kann. Diesen teilt man sich mit den Mitbewohnern der Hauses, so dass man auch schnell Anschluss zu den lokalen Nachbarn findet, falls man das möchte. Der Ortskern von Norden befindet sich 800m entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man durch eine Straße mit abwechslungsreichen Restaurants.

Der Fähranleger nach Norderney und Juist sowie der Bahnhof Norddeich Mole ist fußläufig zu erreichen (ca.400 Meter). Das Reihenhaus verfügt über einen großen Wohn- u. Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit WC, Gäste-WC und zwei Schlafzimmer, sowie zwei Terrassen zum Grillen und Sonne genießen.

This apartment on the second floor of a detached house consists of a bedroom for three people, a kitchen with new built-in kitchen, a cozy living room and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the living room, a balcony can be reached. In the garden, a terrace with barbecue facilities is available separately for guests. Within walking distance are shops, small shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and a bicycle rental in the village of Hage.
