The very bright and newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Nuremberg. Nearby there are restaurants, pubs and shops for daily needs. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The underground station is a 4-minute walk away and Nuremberg Central Station is 13 minutes away. The journey time to Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by subway and 12 minutes to the exhibition centre.

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

A retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city ? Nestled between shady forests and extensive dirt roads, my apartment is a place where modern comfort meets the originality of rural life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers as well as families.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking
