Welcome to the old water mill in Südhorsten. The place is located between Bückeburg and Stadthagen in the heart of the Schaumburger Land. This 63sqm apartment was completely renovated in 2024. The apartment can accommodate 2 people, but also has a pull-out couch so that even max. 4 people can stay here. I rent a small cozy 1-room apartment with a separate entrance in the center of the city. At the top under the roof you will find a living room with a small desk, armchairs and a 140x200 bed, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen. Bakeries, supermarkets and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. The bedroom opens onto the garden and is so beautifully quiet. Stadthagen train station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. A bicycle can be rented on request.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

The island apartment

Welcome to the apartment "Die Inselwohnung". We offer a comfortable, spacious and fully equipped apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people on 110 sqm. If necessary, even more people can be accommodated. There is also a children's travel bed. Due to our convenient location, we are easily accessible by car and also by bike (close proximity to the Weser Cycle Path). Consumer markets and bakers are in the vicinity.

Lake Steinhuder Meer is within 25 minutes' walking distance and offers a wide range of leisure activities and local recreation. The vacation home has 2 rooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a living /dining area with an open kitchen. The private bathroom with natural light is equipped with a shower.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!

Innerhalb von fünf Minuten ist man am Bahnhof „Haste“, von dem halbstündlich Züge Richtung Hannover, sowie Richtung Minden fahren.
