Wie der direkte Blick auf die Marienburg erschließen lässt, ist sie hervorragend für einen Ausflug dorthin geeignet. Aber auch der Bahnhof Norstemmen liegt fußläufig nur ca. 10 Minuten (700m) entfernt. Es bestehen direkte Verbindungen nach Hildesheim, Hannover und auch zum Messegelände in Hannover-Laatzen.

Our rental is primarily aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are close to Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly distinguished by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hannover. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment has a large cozy single room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and is located on the first floor (only 3 steps). Bicycles can be safely stored.
