The house has natural gas heating, plus a fireplace. It has LED lights and indirect lighting. You can be inside at 25 degrees while it's snowing outside.

It has a living-dining room with a fireplace, TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds, an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, etc.), a bathroom, and a terrace with a porch and barbecue. It is glazed.
