Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Staying on an island gives the tranquility an extra dimension. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Outdoors there are spa baths that hold 38 degrees year round. There is also a wood fire sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. Transfer to and from Luleå AirPort we can usually arrange for price surcharges. In winter time we can also arrange guided snowmobile tours.

The terrace in front of the house invites you for a cozy breakfast in the morning sun or to watch the northern lights with a cup of mulled wine. A glazed veranda decorates the entrance. The traditional Swedish house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Relaxation and tranquility are guaranteed here.

Uniquely located log cabin with hot tub and sauna. One bedroom inside the cottage and one bedroom outside in the annex. Snowmobile trail goes right past the cabin. Opportunities for hunting, skiing, fishing and hiking. There is also a small boat and a canoe. When the evening comes, it is possible to fire up the hot tub and sauna and enjoy the "wilderness spa".

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.
