The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. From Båtskärsnäs, there are also popular boat trips out into the archipelago and in winter we have nice ice cream and ski tracks. Sparks, pulks, and snowshoes are available to borrow.
