Lake Sakakawea and the Missouri River are just minutes from the front door. The exterior features a wraparound deck and hot tub and a large yard. The interior is completely refurbished with a light coastal appeal in tones of blue and gray and accents of driftwood. The cottage features a downstairs bar, TV, WiFi, open living space and three large bedrooms.

The Hot Tub is operated year around even in the winter months. Penthouse comes with 2 parking spots in the tucked under heated parking garage.

Towels, hygiene items, and coffee are all included. Entire house bookings must be arranged in advance w/ a 2 night minimum

Lone Butte Ranch-Cedar Post

The Cedar Post was built in 2021. This log cabin is one of 3 cabins located on our working cattle ranch. We are located in the heart of the Badlands, only 14 miles south of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit, and 65 miles north of the TRNP South Unit. We have miles of hiking trails or riding trails if you prefer to bring your horses. This secluded cabin has it's own private hot tub and all your modern amenities but still has that rustic feel.
