Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

I stayed at MaryLee's place during some of the coldest and windiest days this year. Her place is just a walk away from all the nice dining available in the village. I was hoping to walk, but not during this trip. I could see the Hudson from the window, and the cliffs on the other side. The view was very nice. Her place was very clean, and I felt very safe (which I value the most). Definitely would book here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lauren’s Airbnb near Hamilton Park in Jersey City! Lauren was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 1.5-year-old. The location is ideal—just a short distance from NYC, making it easy to get in the city or out to the NJ suburbs. Hamilton Park is right around the corner, which was perfect for a morning stroll with our little one. The unit itself is beautifully designed, with a modern, stylish aesthetic that still feels cozy and welcoming. The amenities in the building were fantastic—whether it was the kids playroom or the gym, it felt like a true home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough! Lauren’s thoughtfulness and the incredible location, combined with the beautiful space and top-notch amenities, made for a truly memorable stay while we were back for the holidays. We look forward to returning!

A 100% GEM! Thanks Wilson for hosting our family. Wilson's unit at Bayonne is by far one of the best Airbnb units that I have ever stayed in. I always used Airbnb whenever I travelled with family and kids. Wilson's place is very spacious with 4 beds and separated rooms, it is the entire house that makes you feel at home in NJ. The location is easy to find and close to NY for 30-40 mins drive depending on traffic. The amenities are equal if not better than a 5-star hotel. There are drip coffee machine complete with choice of drinks, the kitchen set are very clean and equipped with all the things you need for long stay. There is also dish washer which helped us to clean our plates without hassle. Every room has AC with cooler and heater function. There are also TVs connected to high speed wifi internet and OTT in every room. Moreover, Wilson's unit also comes with washer and dryer! Beyond our expectation to help us go through cold winter. The unit has a priceless indoor garage too!

Bae’s place was beautiful &spotless. My family and I felt right at home. It was in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants. She was very sweet, helpful & responsive. We will definitely be back next time.

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

The home was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Carol was a great host, friendly and always available to answer questions. Carol even kindly helped re-route packages that arrived for us after our departure. I would recommend the property to anybody looking to stay in the area or to be close to the surrounding areas.

Maritza was an amazing host. So kind and responsive very quickly. Her air bnb was also so adorable and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you desire. The living room couches are super comfortable and the bedrooms are nice and quiet! We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again when returning to Stamford.

My stay at Paula’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Paula was an incredible host, always quick to respond and making sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend for others.

I was in the area for a month, splitting my time between Brooklyn and South Jersey. East Brunswick was close to major highways and I was familiar with the area Denise greeted me when I arrived. she and her daughter made sure I had what I needed and that I felt comfortable in the apartment. The month flew by. A great stay, a new grandson, great time with our granddaughter, and food and laughter with friends. Thank you Denise for making me feel at home!

A jewel in jersey. I absolutely loved the Ken's place. Feeling: As you enter you immediately get comfortable, warm and this is your own home. Comfort: all the amenities are tucked into this eclectic home. Decor: Stunning, quaint, whimsical, lovable, and most importantly practical. Lighting: as per your perfect mood. Brick wall accentuates the entire apartment. Gives you an earthy warm feel. Communication: with the host is a delight. Immediate response and solution. Very professional and made the entire experience amazing. The best part is that they clearly understand guests requirements and attention to details. Rarely you find a weighimg scale at airbnb home. Nice place to stay, close to the main highway.

The space looked just as nice as the photos. Clean apartment with a brita in the fridge as a nice touch. Quick & friendly responses from host. Cute area located near many walkable restaurants and right near the ferry/train to get into city. Overall great stay & would definitely recommend!

Very nice place overall! We were only interested in visiting New York, and there is a bus a 3-minute walk away which takes you directly to Manhattan. Host checked in regularly to see if our stay was going well and was also extremely responsive to any messages I sent. Place is cozy but definitely on the smaller side so I would not recommend more than 2 people staying.

Really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic apartment, the view is spectacular and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. We are a family of 3 with a teenage son, our son loved his room at the front of the apartment being able to watch the ever changing Manhattan skyline. It was nice to stay in a town outside of Manhattan which felt like home for a week. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and welcoming, they remembered we were travelling for birthday celebrations and put a note in the apartment for us.
