Located at 900 ft. elevation, 4 miles to the center of town where there are many restaurants to choose from and just minutes to the nearest beach where the sea turtles are sunning themselves on the shore. This is on one acre in Kona's safest and most desirable neighborhoods. It is the downstairs of a large home where I live quietly upstairs. You share nothing, the pool and spa are yours exclusively while you are here.

Surrounded by coffee farms and quaint shops, galleries and restaraunts, you will find peace and quiet and breathtaking views of the ocean down below. We have cooler temps and a charming town, which is walkable from the cottage... yet only 10 minutes away from the beach. The best of both worlds! Our guest cottage is secluded from the main home on the property, so guests will have a very private experience during their stay.
