The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace.. here only the birds "disturb". The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room there is a pull-out couch (1.20 m lying width). It is furnished to a high standard and designed with comfortable cork flooring. In summer, garden use is possible. There is a parking space and storage facilities for bicycles. We live in a village. The A2 can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They are centrally located, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain.
