This magical getaway delivers peace and relaxation. Wake up to coffee on your private deck with bucolic views. Play in your heated, saltwater pool, and relax under the stars in your hot tub (open year round). During your stay, these amenities and more will be for your personal use. Stroll to the owner’s dock on Big Fresh Pond, for paddle boarding, kayaking and sunsets. You can also drive 8 minutes to Southampton Village for shopping, restaurants, art galleries and Ocean Beaches.

Vaulted ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light. We have completed renovations of 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and the entire pool house over the last 18 months. Our home is <10 minutes drive to the beach, groceries, and restaurants! Note our pool and dock are open for the season and will close by mid September 2025.

Southampton Shores residents and our guests have access to a private bay beach as well as three tennis courts for your use. Heated pool is private to the house.

This home easily sleeps 7 - with 3 bedrooms and 3 separate kids' sleeping cabins. You can jump on our standup paddle board right off our private dock, jog along wide stretches of pebble beach, have a swim race to our floating swim platform or simply relax in the hammock.
