We recommend the amazing local restaurants but provide a fully equipped kitchen if you stay in. BR1 has a Queen & BR2 has 1 Bunk & 1 Twin. Each BR has a private BA w/tub shower. In unit w/d for guest use. BYOBeach Towels but use our chairs. Book unit A (downstairs) too if your group needs more room.

In peak summer we have full weeks available (Sun-Sun) or partial (Sun-Thurs). This historic Parkside duplex has been recently renovated to include all the best amenities. This home sits ON the Cape Charles Central Park, giving you not only wonderful views of the park, but a perfect place for kids to run and play, families to walk, picnic and enjoy all the concerts and park festivals. It is also only two blocks to the beach and two blocks to the historic downtown – truly the best location!

Parkside offers the perfect getaway for families and/or friends! Conveniently located next to Central Park, 2 blocks from the beach and the main street (Mason Ave). In peak summer we have full weeks available (Sun-Sun) or partial (Sun-Thurs). We open corresponding weekends once the Sun-Thurs books. Check our calendar or social media for weekend openings! We recommend a max of 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 (possibly 4) children, depending on their ages. Our family of 5 stays comfortably!

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Fully stocked large spacious kitchen/dining that will make family gatherings a breeze. Big living area with plenty of seating, large screen TV and dozens of games. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Large front porch and a backyard described as an “oasis” by past guests. Outdoor “she shed” fun room with 65” TV, split HVAC system. Storage side has bikes, cornhole, beach chairs and much more beach stuff.

This home is located in historic Cape Charles. This is a Duplex style rental. We are only 2 1/2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to restaurants and shops. You can walk everywhere or rent a golf cart for the week. This home is newly remodeled. New mini split AC in all bedrooms. Home has new EVERYTHING bathrooms, kitchen, and flooring. FRIDAY check in Only after starting June to August 2024. Pets allowed with approval $150 pet fee. 1 dog max.
