Condo vacation rentals in Northeast Portland

Great place, wonderful location and very clean. Check-in was a little complicated, but mostly because the Air BnB app had trouble displaying the long message with the instructions in it. Once we got the code out of the app everything was good.

Tucked away, but easy to find. Super friendly neighbors. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Matt & Kerry’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We felt at home and enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the deck. We also enjoyed the farmers market across the street on Sunday. We would definitely stay here again!

Rental was close to many good food spots and hosts were great about communication including allowing a late checkout on our final day.

Clean; cool temperature in heatwave

I liked the location because it’s walking distance to movie theater, 2 grocery stores and the bus. I bought a chicken pot pie from the grocery stores and heats it up with the microwave in the room. I would stay there next time I am in Oregon city if is available.

We had a great stay! Location is absolutely perfect, just two blocks to all of the shops and restaurants. Grocery store right across the street was super convenient. The place itself was clean and comfortable. We liked that dishwashing tablets and laundry detergent were provided. Instructions on getting into the building didn't work, but pressing the handicapped button opened doors without a code. You can't use the elevator without the tag on the keys, so we felt secure. The listing shows sofa bed along with the queen bed in the second bedroom. That is not the case, it is in the living room and there is no other couch to sit and watch TV. TV had no cable or Netflix, etc apps to log into. We had to cast onto it from our phones which didn't always work. Another TV in the bedroom would've been useful. Finding a parking spot on the street wasn't hard and can pay through app, but 4hr max at a time. Free overnight till 9am and on Sundays. Overall, very convenient and clean place!

This is the second time staying in their apartment. Anytime I’m back to Portland will stay there (if available). Great location, great hosts. Great place!

I had a wonderful time at Nichole's place. It was tidy quiet and I was even allowed to check in early as I arrived earlier than expected.

Nice place, just as advertised! Location was fantastic for me. Clean nice space. There is a really nice walking/biking trail a block a way, which was an added bonus. The only challenge was that for part of my stay the neighbors upstairs were a little loud. Noise travels between the upper and lower unit, so be aware of that as a possible downside.

Walkable distance to several great restaurants and in the heart of wine country. The host was very responsive and we had a wonderful stay.

The Garden View Retreat was a cozy stay for my small family and I. Proximity to shopping, restaurants and the outdoors makes this place a gem for anyone looking to visit the beautiful Lake Oswego area. Thanks to Teri and Nancy for the clear communication and warm welcome.

My family and I stayed at this condo during a home renovation for five weeks - by far our longest stay in a rental like this! The condo was just as described, and all of the hosts were very responsive (within minutes) to any issues, such as getting us a replacement for a burnt-out light bulb. The condo itself was clean and modern, and had a lot of natural light from the windows along the outside wall. The patio was great on sunny days. The building itself was very quiet, we never heard much of anything from any of the other units. The corner of the neighborhood the condo is located in was also surprisingly quiet, given it's proximity to major streets. We enjoyed being just a block or two from a lot of great shops and restaurants, and street parking was never much of an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't have been happier! The townhouse was so comfortable, so clean, so well-appointed and so quiet that we immediately felt right at home. Helen is definitely a Superhost: she made every part of the rental easy and comfortable.

We spent a month at Lillians condo while waiting for our home to be available. The condos design has one of the best use of spaces I have seen. It has a very open floor plan , two fairly large rooms and a very well stocked kitchen. Also loved the location...walkable to Market of choice and some great restaurants close by. Lillian was a gracious and responsive host all through the rental.

Very clean and spacious, Great location lots of restaurants nearby. love the supermarket across the street very convenient. the only thing I wish it had was parking, but it was not hard to find parking on the streets we'll definitely come back to this place thank you for the accommodations

Becky and the property management company thought of *everything* when creating a cozy, clean, and easily accessible place for guests. We stayed here with our 10-month old child. While you could hear guests upstairs from time to time, the neighborhood itself is blissfully peaceful. And the gardens leading up to the entrance…just stellar. Everything was clean, even underneath the couch and chairs, where toys would roll. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever encountered in an AirBnB; like a cloud. Highly recommend New Seasons market for groceries and takeout, and Cafe St. Honoré was a treat. Stroll down NW Upshur St for an easy entrance to Forest Park. My one regret is not booking a longer stay!

This is absolutely one of best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, just blocked away from great coffee and bakery. The space is full of beautiful greens and is so well designed in every single detail. The host is super responsive and helpful. We especially love love love the kitchen. It’s easy to use, beautifully designed and it was such a great experience cooking in it. This healing experience feels like something that we had always missed coming from a busy city life. Would definitely come back again if we have a chance. Would highly recommend to anybody!!

This loft was wonderful. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. Pro tip: skip making your coffee and grab one at Tour Les Jours downstairs. Tasty treats and great coffee. Matt and Kerry were wonderful hosts. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Place was extremely clean which I appreciate staying with kids! Parking wasn’t very difficult and description was accurate. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited Portland for business and to spend time visiting family in the area. Artin & Nava’s place was a centrally located, quiet, peaceful, comfortable & clean oasis. Everything we needed to know about the apartment was listed very clearly in our welcome binder. Washer & dryer were full size and made it very easy to keep up with laundry during our stay. Queen size bed and bedding were very comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs and requests throughout our stay. We found our home away from home when we visit Portland!!!
