No condomínio há uma área de mata preservada, com trilha e cachoeira, a 10 min da casinha. A cosy guest house, located on the same property, but set aside in the woods, about 25 min from the "Plano Piloto". Also, there is a trail and waterfall in the condomínio about 10 min from the 'casinha'.
