The living room features a 65" Full HD Smart TV that can be connected to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming platforms. The couch in the living room can also be converted into a double bed, allowing up to 4 guests to comfortably stay in the apartment. There is also a spacious balcony that gives guests access to an open-air space. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tea maker, and coffee maker. Guests will find all the necessary cooking equipment, including pans, saucepans, various types of plates, spoons, forks, knives, and more. The bedroom offers a comfortable sleeping experience with a high-quality double bed, pillows, and bed linens. There is also a large wardrobe, which is especially convenient for guests with larger suitcases and helps maximize space.

It is also ten minutes from the harbour and twenty minutes from the beach. You will love the comfortable beds, the warm environment, the kitchen (including microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. and a 2-burner electric stove), the charming and lush inner courtyard, and the historical atmosphere of my house. Since our house is an old Lusignan house, the connection between the lower and upper floors is from the inner courtyard.
