Her place was very clean and welcoming with a beautiful balcony view of the city over the old town and across the border into northern cyprus. Her apartment is only minutes away from Ledras street, making her apartment’s location very convenient for sightseeing.

Really pleased with our stay, great location with a car and only 10minute taxi ride for Protaras strip and Ayia Napa if you don't have a car. Christina was very responsive throughout, great communication in the lead up to our stay, facilities exactly as described in the listing. Have recommended Christina and her apartment to relatives. Demetris was very kind and open to help all the time. The accommodation is very centric, restaurants, the beach and all that I needed was in a walking distance. The Apartment was very nice and clean. It is located only 5 walking minutes from the beach and many great restaurants. As well, a bus stop and grocery shopping possibilities were close. We especially appreciated how nice the host is. She always responded quickly and was very engaged to make our stay good, which it was. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Paula's apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. Although it was a bit chilly during our visit, the ACs helped keep us comfortable. Paula was a great host, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great communication and great place to stay

Super was especially the complex with pool, super nicely landscaped lawn, flowers and palm trees. The apartment has a large terrace, screens in front of the doors and everything you need. The communication with the landlords worked out great.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it

Wow, we had a great time here! We are already homesick. We greatly enjoyed this quiet place. We even had a very private beach for the first 2 days so quiet it was. The house is beautiful and equipped with every comfort. Very modern such as underfloor heating, a lot of sockets, air conditioning and screens against the mosquitoes everywhere. The layout was perfect for our family. The children had their own piece with associated bathroom and so did we. The view is phenomenal. The tranquility of the sea is priceless. The contact with the host was also so smooth and friendly that we felt more than welcome. In short, we hope to come back again. Last point... was recommended via the host a super nice rental company and taxi that picked us up from the south. Once you arrived at the cottage, our rental car was already ready at the door. So well arranged!

5 star luxurious and stylish apartment - even nicer than the photos. The host has put great thought into fitting out this apartment and it's furnished to a very high standard - the beds and sofa were very comfy. the location is great with lots of nice cafes restaurants and shops nearby The hosts are very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It was a pleasure staying here.
