Leave the hectic city behind , and enjoy the beautiful countryside .

You’ll love our place it's peaceful and private. You'll find it's been recently refurbished and is a very tidy self contained guest house with rural views from your back deck, the sea views can seen from the front of the units driveway. We are in a quiet and safe area, a great base to explore the Bay of Islands. Swimming beach within walking distance. Perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The Boathouse

The Boathouse is in Lake View Estate, a gated community. Accommodation sleeps 2 or 4 using our comfy sofa bed. Estate is a few minutes drive from Mangawhai Village and 15mins from the surf beach. Facilities include walking tracks around the lake. Views of Mangawhai and our awesome sand dune can be seen from the property’s driveway and on Lake View walks. Vistas are of rolling hills and there are still some cows on the property. A lovely restful country escape awaits our guests.

Tropical coastal retreat with pool!

Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet in lush tropical gardens while having fun in the family sized pool. Under cover Alfresco dining and BBQ area, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the outdoors A nice view to the estuary and a track down to the water where you can paddle board, kayak. We have 3 bedrooms 2 x king beds and 1 x queen with a small sofa bed suitable for smaller sized people. All amenties close by Everyone that comes here loves it. with 5 star reviews!
