Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Norwegian Sea

Johan and his wife were very kind, friendly and welcoming. Despite only staying for the night to resume my work trip the next morning we managed to make some time for great conversations at the breakfast table that created a feeling of wanting to return. As a frequent hotel visitor I deeply enjoyed the personality of being welcomed in to a home by these great warm people. Hope to see you again soon!

Historically valuable rustic milieu, where the main house built in the 19th century has been preserved intact.; a huge oven, old well-preserved furniture, etc. Good beach, sleeping spaces in a large barn that was completed in the 1920s, where you slept well. Abundant, exquisite kitchen and flower garden. Breakfast delicious and beautifully covered. Organic produce provided and freshly baked buns. If we can still visit this area, we want to stay in this lovely place.

Hannas place was right on my bike trip wayfrom Nordkapp down to Helsinki. Quick response, even I contacted less than 24 before arrival. Living in a renovating old farm also was great expierence as well as swimming in nearby lake this very hot summer day. I recommend Hannas place.

The herb is an experience that provides and knowledge of Sweden's history of how farmers in these areas lived before. The herbren was used as a storage room. Our host has converted it into a nice and comfortable residence for those of us who live in the 21st century. Everything worked to our satisfaction. We can highly recommend the place.

A great place with Pipsa and a peaceful countryside where the soul rests. Especially the peaceful freely available beach sauna was absolutely amazing! Big recommendation.

The room at Lilja's was small but very sufficient for my use. The sink in the bedroom was a plus. Bus stop is 2 minutes by foot. Limja was a very welcoming host with whom I felt welcomed. and cherry on the cake, the hearty breakfast was included in the room!

The space was good, the sleeping areas were well organized, you didn't have to worry about anything and still had some privacy!

A beautiful place, with a cow and chickens. The room and bathroom was very clean, comfortable, and overall felt very good! Hosts were very nice, with interesting discussions and local history.

Had a fantastic stay. Lovely and warm host, beautiful and atmospheric house and garden. Great location, beautiful views and close to the stone age rock carvings. The breakfast served was tasty and cozy too 😁. would have loved to stay for longer and hope to visit again. can warmly recommend.

We felt very well taken care of by Monika. For example, she brought out a high chair and pointer books for our little daughter, we appreciated that. The home was just what we needed on our transit. The breakfast was fantastic.

Was warmly welcomed and had a large room with beautiful views of the Indalsälven river. Breakfast far above expectations with everything we could wish for including freshly baked bread. Here we want to return!

We look back on a wonderful stay at Gjertrud's on Sommaroy. The location has a beautiful view and is quietly located right on a beach. We could easily park the car and also charge electrically nearby. We have used the sauna in the nearby hotel, which is really only a sauna and no other facilities. Breakfast was nice with Norwegian products and by Gjertrud homemade bread. We also used Gjertrud's dinner service once, she can cook well. The beds were a little narrow, which took some getting used to, but were wonderful and we slept well. We could control the temperature in the room ourselves with an electric heater, which went fine. When we stayed there, not all rooms were occupied, if that is the case, 1 bathroom in which the toilet is also in is difficult for me.

It's a comfortable place like home with a great view. The breakfast prepared on time was also really good. literally peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

Our one-night stay at Turid’s place became one of the highlights of our trip. Turid is very friendly and kind, and she did everything she could to make us feel at home. The entire apartment is cozy and pleasant, and it’s perfectly located near the harbor. We also really appreciated Turid’s help and advice on public transport—she was very willing to assist us even before our arrival. We truly enjoyed our conversations with her and learned a lot of interesting things about life in Norway. This meeting will remain a fond memory for us.

Dear Ida, It was just as we imagined Sweden: a real Pippi long-drawn house but in tidy and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! It's all great, a great kitchen and lots of space to feel comfortable!!! Thank you so much!!!
