It is a very short walk to both the harbor and downtown with coffee shops, French pastries and several restaurants and bars. Cohasset has easy access to the train to Boston or a 15 minute drive to the commuter boat, which is the best way to go! We are about halfway between Boston and Cape Cod.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have and many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Large private room located in the Basement of a single family home. The home is conveniently located less than one minute from route 3 half way between Boston and Cape Cod. The room has a full size bed, and a euro lounger that can be used to relax and watch TV or reclyned for sleeping. There is a kitchenette located in the room which has a Fridge with top freezer, a microwave and a Keurig . The private bath is located inside the bedroom. Cool off in the pool during summer months.
