We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Welcome to The Cozy Colonial, a family-friendly home with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, offering plenty of space to relax. Perfect for exploring Boston, Rhode Island, or taking a direct Amtrak to NYC. Ideal for families, but due to stairs, we don't recommend it for older guests. IMPORTANT: Max 6 Overnight Guests NO Parties or Events NO Smoking NO Pets NO Motor Homes Note: Guests are allowed up to 6 daytime visitors, but they must leave by 10 PM. This is my full time home that I'm looking to share with respectful people in need of a quiet place to stay. My place is located in a quiet condo complex, with friendly neighbors. This poolside cottage is a country retreat in the city. We are nestled into a small bit of woods on top of the "hill" as it is called locally. Besides the pool, there are two garden ponds where we keep decorative fish, and a regular parade of various types of birds and even wild turkeys and deer.
