My place is where I Iive, 30 min away from NYC by train or Public bus/metro transfers takes you in 60 min but more affordably with the 7 day unlimited metro card for 33 usd. I offer the entire home or the option to share it with me for a cheaper price. Airport transfers and private daily car rentals are available for day trips. My home is your home a bit away from a noisy city. Please keep in mind that this is where I live when not rented, so do expect to see my personal clothes and charm.

Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

Small cozy room in historic 1828 Dobbs Ferry home.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed, chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger "Yellow" room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small "The Red" room with a slightly narrower bed and a curtain across the doorway. This is my own personal bedroom, that in emergency or difficulty can be vacated. The bathroom is shared. There is no TV in the room.

This spacious and serene space has an attached garage. Street parking is allowed until October 15, 2025. You may also park in the attached garage as best you can. Up to you. Set the heat or AC, watch TV, nuke a meal, do some laundry, and there's a small office to gather your thoughts.
