Yamadou villa is beautiful, spacious, with a stunning pool. Rose and Mamadou were extremely friendly and helpful. Although walking access is a bit difficult, Mamadou, always available and at an affordable price, made it easier for us to get around. A pleasant stay in a superb setting!

We spent 3 days on Gorée Island at Mariam's and we loved it. The house is beautiful and clean but what can I say about the outside except that it is simply magnificent, even more beautiful than in the photos. The people on the island are also very welcoming, we ate very well there too. Malik, the caretaker, welcomed us with a big smile, he is very kind, helpful and discreet, a big thank you to him too. In short, a place worth recommending.

This was my third week at Daphnes, just kept extending our stay because it just has everything we needed and more. I liked the space, the house was cool and airy enough we didn’t use the aircon or fans. I’m quite a foodie and the kitchen is perfectly adequate to make delicious meals from local ingredients. The blender/ hob/ oven all fine. Plenty of cutlery and crockery , bakeware, serving platters and gadgets. Fridge/freezer nice and large. Coffee percolator- 🙏Thank you. Abundance of options for dining, breakfast on the covered patio, lunch & afternoon tea in the front garden. Dinner at the dining table either on the main floor or in the first floor lounge/ diner den( has sink)overlooking sea. I haven’t slept and relaxed so well in years. So many little extra touches that just made the stay so good. A real homely stay for peace and tranquility. Loved the hula hoop!!!! I’m sure I will return.

Quiet apartment in a secure residence near Dakar Plateau, 10/15 minutes by vehicle, beach 10 minutes' walk. I recommend it if you are looking for tranquility, apartment as described. I had a nice stay

Comfortable accommodation for our needs. In a quiet area and close to the new bus line. Clean environment, not only in the apartment, but also on the stairs. The lady in charge of cleaning the house is very kind, good and fast. We had to increase the amount of electricity and Omar intervened quickly. The kitchen is rational and sufficiently equipped. The bathroom with hot water and washing machine and the other bathroom is simple but complete. Finally, I would say that I would be sorry to find the apartment occupied!

Really , we loved this experience too much. The host is a very kind person, he made us feel so comfortable , we felt at home, we didn't even want to go 😅 home. I highly recommend you, if you would like to rest , the place is quiet , clean , no noise , friendly . Every time we needed something , he was there to help us. This is my second stay at Anta's apartment, and as with my first visit, the quality of the service is impeccable. A safe bet that I would recommend without hesitation for a pleasant and carefree stay in Dakar.

A peaceful, enchanting and inspiring piece of heaven. We loved it here. Alain and Elsa are responsive, helpful and friendly. The photos perfectly match reality. Everything is clean, nicely decorated and thoughtful. We really enjoyed being able to stay until the end of the afternoon on the day of departure, a real luxury.
