Small flat in the center of Harsefeld (circa 30 sqm). It is central, yet quiet and secluded, surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden. A barn and a cottage with a thatched roof (where the hosts live) complete the ensemble of buildings on the premise. Parking for guests on premise is available (and included when booking the flat). Important to know: The sleeping area is upstairs and can only be reached by quite steep and narrow stairs - guests should feel comfortable climbing up!

The apartment Paula is located near the old town and is ideal for starting tours into the Alte Land from here or getting to know Buxtehude better. The apartment has been newly renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (and views of the Buxtehude church tower), a bathroom, a bedroom and a living/dining room. The house has a garage for bicycles and the car can be parked right outside the door. The apartment is on the upper floor with a steep staircase.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. By the way, in summer the attic apartment does not heat up because it has the insulation of passive houses. Cool in summer, warm in winter! If you need more space, the apartment below (about 60 m²) with 3 beds and a terrace can be rented.

Cycling between the Altes Land and Hamburg

With great passion for the mid-century style and bikes of all kinds and we have set up our '70s bungalow. From here you can easily explore and experience the Altes Land with Hamburg, but also Buxtehude, Stade and the Elbe up to Cuxhaven. But of course, the house is just as suitable as a temporary home office (Airbus near Stade + Finkenwerder) or for simply a relaxing break in the countryside.
