The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. There's also a sauna as a nice bonus. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards) is for you to use and included in the price.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
