Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Nova Lima

This is basically a hotel room. Is a small studio that has everything packed in it. Well set up kitchen, washing machine, bathroom. And the guest can use all the excellent fascilities of the building. It is small. But if you want something compact with everything you need at a fraction of a hotel price. I highly recommend it!

I spent 4 weeks at Edson's apartment and had a super time. The location is great in a part of town with many shops, bars and restaurants. The building itself is very nice with friendly tenants and helpful guards downstairs. Everything was good with the apartment too. The shower was good and had plenty of hot water. The bed was good. There is also a nice espresso machine. It was great dealing with Edson. He was always very responsive and also gave me some very useful local recommendations.

The apartment is excellent, with everything you need for your stay, not to mention that it is in an excellent location in Savassi with several restaurants, bars and the best supermarkets in BH. Super easy access to various points of the city. Henrique's hospitality is fantastic and he is always available to answer questions and help.

We had an amazing stay! In addition to being very attentive and helpful, Angélica has always assisted us promptly. The cleanliness is impeccable and the location is perfect, easy to get anywhere, being in the central region and at the same time with peace and quiet. The condominium is complete, with everything you need. We are very grateful for the attention and opportunity to be hosted with Angélica!

The stay was very satisfying, the Studio is impeccable, all very clean and organized. Location is great, with market and pharmacy nearby. Check-in is practical and modern and the building facilities are also great.

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!
