Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Nova Lima

Everything was great, quiet place and super close to where I needed it. Apt has great infrastructure. The host was super proactive sent me all the info I needed and didn't leave any questions pending. I recommend

A little gem! The Apt-studio is nicely designed and well taken care of ideal for 1 or 2 people. The space might feel a bit limited for a very long stay, but Maria was very transparent from the beginning and even offered a larger option. The location is excellent: once you park in the garage (which is convenient and secure), you can easily walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops many of them just steps away. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The host was fantastic very kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The place was spotless, in great condition, and tastefully furnished. For my future trips to Savassi, I will definitely consider staying here again the location’s convenience and the apartment’s atmosphere are truly exceptional. Thanks, Max

Of the apartments that I have already picked up at Airbnd this was certainly the best of all. very clean and fragrant apartment. Fernanda always responded quickly and cordially. Great porters ...very polite several sights near the apartment ...with several restaurants and markets around ...I went every day to have breakfast at Polo do Açaí (I turned to the owner's friend)

I only have compliments to do. Marcia is a lovely person, very polite and helpful. Impeccable house, neat and clean room. It is noticed that she has a special affection in making everything organized and clean. Very well located location, near Pampulha, and a very nice neighborhood. Always helpful and good talk. We are definitely suitable for other people.

The space is even better than the photos! Extremely complete, well equipped, spacious, clean and safe. Without counting the gentleness and sympathy of Luiz and his whole family, always ready to help and even pamper the guests. We felt at home!

Excellent accommodation! Clean, spacious and very large house. It is located on the top of a hill, so if it is raining and the car is not powerful, it may be a bit difficult to reach. But we didn't have any inconvenience! Everything excellent!

The place is exactly as advertised, demonstrating a lot of honesty in the description. It's easy to locate. The environment was clean, with well-organized common areas and impeccable shared bathroom. The space is quiet and provides a pleasant stay.
